The used Seat Alhambra is a good example of a multi-purpose vehicle which became a kind of benchmark for the whole class. This MPV is a result of a technical collaboration between Volkswagen and Ford. There were many generations of the used Seat Alhambra brought to the UK market and the vehicle is equipped, on average, with either a turbo diesel or a petrol V6 engine; delivering a horsepower of 130. The interior of the used Seat Alhambra provides both luxury and high levels of comfort. The car comes with air conditioning with electronic climate control, electric front windows and a satellite navigation system; all of which are set as standard in all models. The used Seat Alhambra can be seen as a car for performing a whole variety of tasks and one that is capable of providing lots of cargo space when needed. This is executed by simply folding down or unclipping and removing all seats completely. As the MPV can be used for transportation of many passengers, the safety level is set at high levels. It includes Twin front and side air bags and the Electronic Stability Program - that will automatically apply all brakes and reduce the throttle to get the driver out of trouble when entering any corner. ABS is also in place. Although the used Seat Alhambra is not a perfect car, it can be recommended as an economic and all-purpose vehicle that is safe enough to be a family vehicle.
